BSB Architecture is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with the Ferens Art Gallery and their esteemed Ferens Open Exhibition. We are honoured to support the gallery’s mission of nurturing, developing and promoting emerging artistic talent, particularly through our sponsorship and involvement in the judging of the Hallett & Future Ferens Young Artist Award. The award was renamed after the passing of Roger Hallett in 2023, a former Director and joint-founder of BSB Architecture, as a mark of respect for Roger's close involvement with the Ferens Art Gallery and Open Exhibition over the years.

In addition to our dedication to the arts, we are equally committed to fostering the next generation of architectural professionals. Each year, we offer valuable work placements to aspiring architects from local schools and colleges. These placements provide students with hands-on experience, allowing them to broaden their understanding of architecture by engaging with both contemporary and historical works, while gaining insight into the architectural industry and its evolving challenges.
